SUP Inflation Station

PCL has created a fully digital product to take the strain out of inflating Stand Up Paddleboard's (SUP).

Designed for public use, this new fixed air tower is an ideal solution for water sport centres, local authorities, land owners and facilities managers to install at SUP launch locations.

With the SUP Inflation Stations users can effortlessly inflate their paddleboards up to 15 psi in under 5 minutes.

Bicycle Inflation Station

PCL has created a fully digital product to take the strain out of inflating bicycle tyres.

Designed for public use, this new fixed air tower can be installed along cycle routes and at bicycle parking locations in parks, railway stations, supermarkets and shopping centres.

With PCL's Bicycle Inflation Station, cyclists can feel sure they are setting off safely with the correct pressure in their tyres.

Inflation device for fire appliances

PCL developed a unique, mobile tyre inflation solution for one of the largest fire and rescue services in the country, Essex County Fire & Rescue Service (ECFRS), who required a solution that would enable its fleet operators to inflate fire engine tyres up to the required psi, often 130psi or above, quickly, safely and efficiently, without a compressor.

Sports Ball Inflation Station

Developed for an international designer and manufacturer of sports gear, the self-contained digital inflation unit automates the inflation of sports balls quickly, safely and in large volumes.

PCL's Sports Ball Inflation Station is an ideal solution for sports retailers, sports clubs and organisations.

AM90 Mobile Tyre Inflation Unit

Developed and tested in conjunction with the Ocado van fleet network, PCL’s self-contained mobile cart is designed to inflate tyres on cars, vans and commercial vehicles up to 145psi. Featuring a built in compressor, the AM90 is ideal for multiple fleet sites or where there is limited access to mains compressed air.

Fixed Tyre Inflation Towers

PCL's Tyre Inflation Towers are typically found on Forecourts, however are also suitable for commercial sites such as Car Parks, Shopping Centres, Council Buildings, Holiday Parks.

Offering a tyre inflation service can provide commercial sites with an opportunity to generate additional revenue. Alternatively, sites could offer a free tyre inflation facility to encourage visitors and staff to ensure their tyres are inflated accurately to improve safety and sustainability as B&Q's Redhouse Distribution Centre did in Doncaster.

Nitrogen Equipment

PCL's range of nitrogen products combines our world-renowned digital inflation technology with modern membrane nitrogen generation technology to deliver high purity nitrogen to the tyre quickly and quietly.
