PCL’s Traditional Couplings Now Wear a Distinctive New Band
If you want to ensure you’re coupling up with a true PCL branded product, choose the one with the blue band.
PCL’s core lines of couplings – Airflow, Vertex and XF-Euro – are now being manufactured with a distinctive blue silicone band to define them as genuine “Made in Sheffield” products.
An additional bonus is that the thickness of couplings in each of these three key ranges has increased to neatly house the blue band, so not only is the new design extremely stylish, it also enhances what is already an incredibly durable, fail-safe product.
PCL has such confidence in the performance of its blue band couplings that the company is now supplying them with a 5-year warranty.
PCL first began designing and manufacturing couplings and adaptors around 75 years ago, when its quick release air line products were so popular they became known as “PCLs”. Today, the company has developed the most comprehensive range available on the market, covering all requirements, from the standard Airflow range for fixed applications, XF-Euro for increased airflow and Vertex for trailing hose, to common industry interchanges and safety couplings.
This means that customers buying a PCL coupling can be confident that three quarters of a century of experience and expertise has been invested in their manufacture.
